It is approx 25 mins from Gibraltar and 50 mins from Malaga airport. Within the marina there are cafes,bars, boutiques,restaurants,supermarket, butcher, and a bank. There is also full marina services and a business centre. Within walking distance of the apartment can be found the Duquesa golf course.</FONT></div> <bR> <div><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Verdana"><font SIZE="2">There are no high rise hotels or apartment blocks in the area, which has helped to maintain it's charm and it's character</font>. The blue flag sandy beach stretches past Sabanillas to Estepona.  On the other side it winds along the coast to the well known resort of Sotogrande.
