The apartment has been
furnished to a very high standard and has been lovingly maintained in
order to make your stay comfortable
The beach front apartment consists of 2 bedrooms , the master bedroom is ensuite. Both bedrooms have zip and link beds and can be made into single beds.There is lots of wardrobe and cupboard space and a hairdryer is supplied.
There are 2 bathrooms ,
one ensuite with a bath, shower and bidet and the other with a shower.
The modern kitchen is
fully kitted out including a oven,hob, extractor,
fridge/freezer,dishwasher and a microwave. There is a seperate laundry
with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The lounge has a LCD TV with USB port and a freeview box so that Spanish, all the English terrestrial channels and some SKY channels can be received, DVD
player & a CD player with ipod/iphone dock. The large sofa converts to a double bed.
There are facilities to
dine either indoors on the stylish dining table and chairs or relax
outdoors under the sun on the patio table and chairs on the balcony
The apartment has a full
air con/ heating system with digital temp control. There is also a
safe for your convenience in the master bedroom.
The complex has 24 hour
manned security, and entrance to the garage is by a remote control
which is provided with your keys.
The lift connects the
apartment with the underground car park and the lobby. The complex and
apartment are wheelchair friendly.
The complex has 4
seperate swimming pools, paddle tennis, table tennis, sauna and a gym.
The pool area has direct
access to the beach, and sun loungers are provided around the
pool area.
The apartment is on the
second floor and overlooks the sea and benefits from having the sun on
the terrace for most of the day

provided - beach towels are not supplied
Free WIFI is available in the communal areas in the complex as well as a coin operated computer with internet access in the games room
