We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total rental price at the time of booking ( or full payment if booking is less than 8 weeks before arrival ) . The balance of the rental price and a security bond of £100 are required 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

You can pay by cheque or bank transfer. Alternatively payments can be made more securely through Paypal - but there is a small charge for this facility.

The security bond will be refunded in full after departure if there are no major breakages and the apartment is left in the condition it was found in and the keys have been returned safely.

The rentals are normally 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday , although we can be accommodate other days .

Longer term rentals from 4 weeks up to 12 weeks will be subject to a discount .

Normally, the apartment must be vacated by 10.00am and may be occupied after 2.00pm on the changeover day to allow for sufficient time for cleaning. However, these times are flexible if there are no outgoing and incoming guests on the same day.

The keys to the apartment will be available from our management company based in Duquesa . They will be on hand for you to assist with any issues if they arise during your stay.
